Shereen is able to advise on compliance with FIA, WADA and local medical governance. She has strong connections with the FIA leadership and has fostered good relationships with an extensive global network of senior healthcare professionals in the world of sports medicine.
Coming from a diverse and multicultural background, She has an awareness of local sensitivities and differing medical cultures. She speaks English, Arabic and French. This adds to the ability to provide a bespoke and nuanced service.
Shereen is a lecturer in medical education at a prestigious UK medical school. Her roles include leading the simulation course, as well as developing new modules. She teaches a diverse group of healthcare professional, including doctors, physician’s associates, nurses, paramedics and medical students.
She has lectured and conducted workshops and seminars on diverse topics relating to leadership and teamwork skills, as well as the benefits of interprofessional working and learning. In December 2022 she gave a lecture at the International Council of Motorsports Sciences annual conference. She has also given talks and seminars about motorsports medical team management and medical centre setup to mentor groups of healthcare professions from newer sporting authorities in the region.

Matthew has 25 years of experience in motorsport medicine, from club level to international and across circuit, rally, speedway and outback raids. He has been the Deputy CMO for the Australian stage of the World Rally Championship for ten years and is the current Deputy CMO for the Australian F1 Grand Prix since 2017. Matthew was recently appointed to the role of medical delegate for the Motorsport Australia Shannon's Speed Series and works closely with global agencies such as the FIA and the ICMS.
Matthew has been involved in education and motorsport medical administration at both national and international levels. He runs the Rollcage Medic website and podcast.
When he is not on a race track, Matthew rides bikes, plays drums and mucks about with 3D printing.
